Good location easy access to bus for trip in to Southport seafront
Stair case upstairs to the room is difficult with a suitcase

Ideal for our needs. Easy check-in and the room was large and comfortable.
We had to leave early and couldn’t have breakfast in the adjacent cafe. A shame as it looked lovely.

Nice bar and rooms. Friendly staff all though not enough of them at busy periods.
The room was small and clean with everything you needed.
But the music from the bar downstairs was bumping until midnight.
The mattress was absolutely horrendous. It was like sleeping on bare springs.
Need to invest in for comfortable memory foam ones.

Very noisy accommodation due to pub below
Toilet broken No new Toilet paper provided apart from one roll at beginning (we were there 6 nights ! )
Window should have an opening at the bottom of it
