Hell! Never come back!

True experience of hell. Please do not chose this property. It’s cheap for a reason. Noisy, very loud party music until 3,4 am. I was not be able to rest at all. Here is a photo of that. I have to call Booking Custermer service. I could not even hear my voice. This is how loud it was! booking Custermer was not helpful at all. no refund no change property. very disappointed.

Friendly hosts! Peaceful stay.

The owners are super friendly and help you with whatever you need. We arrived at 3am and still received a warm welcome!! We enjoyed the delicious home cooked breakfasts too! We found our room very comfortable and because of the location of the property it was very quiet. We walked into the town centre, took around 30 minutes and also rented a bike from the owner so we could explore the area.

The stones in the shower are a great idea but after a day of walking they could be uncomfortable under your tired feet. Not a huge problem though.

Nice place with some ants and not necessarily clean sheets.

We stayed five nights at Kartika’s House. When we arrived and were shown the room we realized that it wasn’t the same as the one we had booked. We had booked the room above with a better view over the rice fields and different decorations. We told this to our host, and he agreed to give us breakfast for free! Overall we liked our stay here and can recommend it to others. They supplied us with drinking water, there was a fridge and freezer in the room, towels, warm shower, a nice pool and rental for scooters 50k/day.

However, we could not say that it was as clean as we would have liked it to be. There were a lot of ants, even some in the bed, so we needed to use our mosquito repellent to try to get rid of them. When we were about to pack our things to leave by car with our host, he started to prepare the room for the following guests… and we felt very stressed and rushed to get our things away from the room, even though check-out was at 12 and we left at 11. We realized that he used the SAME sleeping sheets as we had had (same stains on the same places) and that he was just airing them out outside… Not very pleasant for the upcoming guests! Apart from the our host and his wife were really friendly and helpful. This accommodation is well located, close to Ubud by moped and to some warungs and laundry services.

No AC but it was not a big deal when I stay as it wasn’t that hot and you still have fan. No shampoo/shower gel. Slightly far from the center of Ubud but it makes the place calm.

What an excellent surprise ! The room is so lovely. Beautiful view on the rice field. Not far from Ubud center. You can ask them to rent a motorbike. It's a quiet place to enjoy Ubud and Bali. The owner and his family are so lovely. You have to try this guesthouse !

Great if you want a quite escape for a few days with a great view of the corn field fields. Far enough away from ubud city centre for it to be quite but close enough to access also close to tegellalang rice terrace for a nice day out. Some bugs with being in the forest but that's expected

A pleasant, quiet escape from the busy centre of Ubud

If you want a quiet pretty escape from central Ubud, then this is great - simple but attractive in a shady ravine, with a lovely view of the forest. Nice staff, and a couple of friendly dogs. There are pleasant walking paths across the ricefields, one of which leads a few miles down into town.

This is pleasant place - and fairly simple. The usual compliment of ants shared the room - but that's true of many of the most fancy places in Ubud! It's fairly far from the centre if you aren't on a motorbike - but if you do have transport then it is on a direct road into town and has some pretty paths across the fields nearby. P.S. you'd better like dogs!

Нет кондиционера, только вентилятор в потолке, его мощности не хватает. Хорошо, что было прохладно , когда я была на Бали

La terrasse qui offre une vue sur les rizières est magnifique. L’espace piscine est également très agréable.

Un peu loin du centre. Il faut absolument louer un scooter pour se déplacer.
