Beautiful grounds and great location. Terrible wifi

We arrived late at night, and check-in was smooth. The hotel grounds looked absolutely beautiful!! The staff was extremely helpful when we wanted sth.

When we entered our room, it was clear it hadn’t been prepared for new guests. There were no towels, no trash bin, and the bed was a disaster—covered in someone else’s hair with sheets that had visible stains. It was obvious the bedding had not been changed after the previous guests, which is completely unacceptable. The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, making it hard to stay connected. The final disappointment was breakfast. It was shockingly poor—a tiny, sad buffet with only bread, noodles, and some fruit.

A very good no frills place with lovely staff.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, appreciated their extra help organising transport and other things. Super appreciative of Netflix and room service as wasn’t feeling well.

Bathroom sink was left with previous tenants waste in plug hole, not enough toilet paper but otherwise good.

Old hotel. Water in shower is the worst. It kept coming in spurts and spits and would stop altogether mid shower! Torn stained towels.

Good people, but not clean at all!

The team of people working there was just great! Everybody is so kind and helpful.

The breakfast was not good at all. Insects all over the food, and way to little choices. Also, the bathrooms was molded (we tried changing rooms, three times), but all of them was molded. The bedsheets was stained and there was hair all over the furniture..

Amazing weather and hotel atmosphere.

A beautiful place with great swimming pool view. All of the staffs are friendly too. Breakfast is also a plus compares to the price. I really love the cool weather with sunny scenary. Will recommend to friends & family.

Bed sheets, pillow should be cleaner. Some were with bad smell.

Ugly & old Towel. The bath room do not provide. towel mat. We got the the pool towel instead of the white bath towel, until we request the additional bath towel. we use the pool towel as the towel mat.

breakfast was limited and we had booked for 2 adults and 3 kids. Wondering they didn’t had information of third in the cafe and didn’t want to give breakfast for 5th person.

comfortable bed and good location

the room had stains from previous people asked for it too be cleaned only just made the bed, the bed stank and had stains and the bathroom needed a good clean and had dirt marks all over it. the balcony door had a massive gap in it because it was broke so we had loads of flies and mosquitoes. the tiles on the floor were broke and I’m surprised I didn’t fall through it

- The studio room was clean, tidy and extended.. - The food was nice, i like the SUPREME CHICKEN it was tasty..

- AC was noised , your trainee or who ever used white t-shirt should be more humble.. - Which sauce you use on supreme chicken, its not like supreme sauce, maybe barbeque..?? When i was ordered supreme chicken..

Everything great. Location quiet - by motorbike 7 minut away from city center. They rent a bike in hotel (70 000 IDR per day), food OK, pool great.

Could not find the hotel shuttle one night for taking us back to the hotel.

Exceptional

I would recommend Bakung Ubud! The rooms are clean, the service was excellent, the villa was stunning and well-staffed. The front desk is available 24/7. A bonus: The hotel also offers a free shuttle service with designated pick-up and drop-off points in Ubud, at 3 designated times. This makes going around town a lot easier.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. The room we had was extremely large, which I loved. Very quiet area

Bed is comfortable but not as much as all the other hotel/accommodation we have been before
