The night we arrived the young lady that greeted us was exceptionally helpful and cheerful. It was her last shift but she gave us 100 % good service . Other staff the following days were not so enthusiastic 😢
We liked the location - tucked away - near great local restaurants

Friendly staff, lovely rooms and bathroom, quieter location in the city bit still close enough to travel - everything was great.
The bedroom was a little small for two. Found myself banging into decor a little bit when moving around.

Location wise, it was perfect for the Lisbon Half Marathon, and the staff were very helpful in sorting transfers to the right station to get to the start. The breakfast options were very good for our needs, and availability of all day fruit, coffee, tea and water was a nice bonus.
