Position and the light coming in from the windows. Very quiet and comfortable. Joao is an amazing host and so nice talking to him. He can give really good advices on everything

Host was very helpful. Parking garage is directly in front of the hotel. There is an elevator and air conditioning. There is also a shared kitchen.
Checkin was slightly confusing but all worked out very well

The welcome was very warm and friendly,particulary as we were early. The room size was generous and tidy, with a view out to the road. Location was good for the train, bus or tram. There was the option to use a kitchen and lounge.
Unfortunately items went 'missing' from the room, even though you are given your unique code for the door and do not request cleaning services or ask for there not to be unaccompanied entrance to the room. After a complaint, the items 'materialised', again when we were not there. Shower room needed a really good scrub and attention to its finish. Noise from other rooms. Badly scuffed walls.
