The staff were extremely accommodating and looked after us well! Brilliant location to both old town and further away. Extremely close to lots of great restaurants
The place needed a bit of TLC & had a little bit of a hostel feel not a 3 star hotel feel. There was a smell of drains the whole time we were there

The welcome was very warm and friendly,particulary as we were early. The room size was generous and tidy, with a view out to the road. Location was good for the train, bus or tram. There was the option to use a kitchen and lounge.
Unfortunately items went 'missing' from the room, even though you are given your unique code for the door and do not request cleaning services or ask for there not to be unaccompanied entrance to the room. After a complaint, the items 'materialised', again when we were not there. Shower room needed a really good scrub and attention to its finish. Noise from other rooms. Badly scuffed walls.
