Great apartment for a short stay with everything you need

Perfect for afew nights stay , allowed pets which was a plus. Had everything you’d need. Beds , bedding, towels all kitchen appliances . Security lighting was fab to get you from car to front door. Co-op store across the road which was very convenient.

Beds weren’t super comfortable but you can live with that when only staying afew nights

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Easy to find and a good location with a parking spot. Host kindly offered us early check in and late check out.

Being able to park next to the door. Size of studio. TV. Having a breakfast bar to eat at.

The oven and ovenware were dirty to the extent I couldn't use it to cook the first dinner. After raising this with the host, I was informed that "the foil should be changed in the oven tray between guests" rather than the oven should be cleaned. I was provided with a roll of tin foil to reline the ovenware to use the oven which wasn't ideal. The fridge smells, which I later discovered was because there's insufficient ventilation space around it, so the underside of the worktop above it is growing mould which drops onto the top of the fridge, which needs to be addressed. The hot water from the taps is absolutely scalding - the boiler water temperature needs turning down. As the bathroom taps are separate and not a mixer, I had to wash using the cold tap as the hot tap was dangerously hot. There are no shelves or cupboards or hooks in the bathroom to put toiletries. The photos and description are a bit misleading as they show multiple flats rather than just the studio. The description states there is a separate bedroom - there is not, it's one (large) room with the bed, TV, sofa and kitchen combined, with small separate bathroom. Location wise it's handy to have the parking space, the supermarket is next door, however it;s a busy junction with many cars passing - and the fridge is also noisy - so I recommend earplugs.

Convenient apartment in the Leckhampton area of Cheltenham

The flat is very conveniently located for us, very near to where our family live. It is also very near a Coop, which is excellent for buying breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having some outdoor space (although we were not around enough to use it).

The ventilation wasn't great (unless you left open the ground floor patio doors).

The location and the parking space were great.The small garden with the sitting area was very nice.

I booked the place for three adults and was thinking that there are two rooms.However it was studio flat.The shower tray had black mould that needs to be removed

Although it was a big airy bathroom- it needs some attention to the shower tray and sealant in the shower. We didn’t have showers as the shower area was not appealing with its black mould.

1. Area surrounding apartment was dirty; 2. Shower water ran down pipe; 3. Microwave rusted and smelly; 4. Bunk bed broken and full of dogs hair; 5. Linen old and not clean; 6. Back yard full of weeds and old brooms; 7. Cramped space when bunk bed is open - not suitable for three people; 8. No windows or even fan for ventilation; 9. Cupboard underneath kitchen sink very untidy; 10. Both ovens dirty with old food; 11. Freeser dirty with old food; 12. Empty chemical bottle next to toilet; 13. Pots and pans filthy; 14. Basin tap in bathroom rusted and dirty. Not a place anybody should stay in, giving booking.com a bad reputation.

Spacious accommodation and excellent location- not far from Cheltenham centre and walking distance to good range of local cafes,restaurants and pubs. Owner was very prompt in replying to query re sofa bed

We were disappointed and felt uncomfortable.

The location and facilities were all as expected and seemed in line with a 3 star property.

The property was dirty: the toilet stank of urine, the shower tray was filthy, there were cobwebs and spider remains, the sink and basin taps were covered in limescale, the bedsheets didn't feel washed, and both our feet were black after walking barefoot on the floor for the evening.

The front door frame would benefit from some draft excluder tape as it rattles noisily on windy nights. I used a piece of folded cardboard to stop the noise.

Lovely little apartment in a perfect location for us as we have family just down the road! Had everything we needed and there's a shop next door for anything else you might need.

We were a bit confused finding the entrance in the dark but soon sorted.

Had a great stay.

Easy to contact Sam, had a problem with the lock and was seen to quickly. The sofabed was more comfortable than one of the other apartments we stayed in. Radiators warm up quickly. Handy there is a Co-op store nearby.

The sofa was not comfortable as had thin seat cushions and wood underneath, Need hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes on.

Nice apartment and area.

Good location, close to the Co-op, quiet area compared to town, about 20 minutes walk to Bath Road where there are more shops like larger Co-op and Sainsbury's Local. Great apartment, with everything we needed during our stay, bus route F goes to Leckhampton and bus stop nearby.

It was ok until the night before we left as upstairs were being noisy going up and down the stairs and their dog was barking and howling, so could not get to sleep.

Great large apartment on the 1st floor fully equipped. Super nice that there is a washing machine. Supermarket across the street. Good location to discover the Cotswolds. Nice contact with Sam, the host. We had a fantastic time!

We missed a large frying pan and the drying rack was missing a part. We reported this when we left. Sam was going to replace this right away!

We received all the necessary information from the host ahead of arrival, and it was very easy to get the key. The property was clean and supplied with everything we needed.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not possible to sleep on. Both of my children ended up sleeping on the floor. We ended up staying only one night and checking out early.

Great little open plan apartment, perfect for couple/ family. Useful basics included: oil, S&P, washing up liquid, shower gel.

A couple more pillows would have been perfect & tea & coffee would be icing on cake to save transporting bulky items x
