The quiet, outdoor feel, private, great recreation room to sit in the evenings with friends and play pool. Kids loved it. Free coffee and tea. Music facilities.

The breakfast was too simple but sufficient. The hosts were amiable. The sheets were not clean enough. The place is ok but run down and needs renovation.

Breakfast was OK and room was decent. good location. enough parking space.

Host doesn't understand/speak English so its almost impossible to communicate. No internet at all, it shows Wifi with full range but you can't even open google search, also TV is there without any connections. Rooms could have been more cleaned specially towels as it had stains so we didn't use it. It way expensive for its price and I have experienced better places in Belgium for this price with quality services.
