Good price/quality ratio. The location is wonderful and apartment is clean. Communication with the hostess was pleasant and clear.

Since the apartment is located in the basement, there is a strong smell of mold and humidity.

Superb location, nice and kind lady incharge, clean and cozy with all facilities... would love to rent it again in future...

Bathroom fan was noisy...

Location is good, area felt safe, temporarily adopted and fed couple friendly stray kittens. Had a hairdryer and an iron. Also got to use the washing machine couple times which came in super handy. There is a local small bakery nearby that sells tasty lobiani too. Fair price compared to other options nearby.

We arrived late, so the owner arranged for me to collect the keys from a location without meeting them that night, this meant that I could not pay them cash. I entered the room, then received a message from the owner asking me how I would like to pay and when but I was out and had no internet, had not seen the message. Returned to the flat drunk, next day I get woken up harshly (banging the door) asking for the payment. I was so tired and disoriented it took me some time to realise what was happening. I paid the lady and her demeanour changed, she apologised and explained that she has had few unfortunate instances and got worried, then walked away and I went back to sleep. Although I understand her worry, the lack of organisation is not my fault, the lady could have given me some notice before turning up announced like that and with that attitude. For that, for the slow internet, poor shower pressure, and for the sockets falling off the walls, I gave it a 7.
