Квартира в частном доме в самом сердце города на 3 этаже. Потрясающие виды на Тбилиси с террасы, на ней можно находиться часами. Отличный напор горячей воды, работающий кондиционер, 2 балкона в самой квартире, хорошо оборудованная кухня. Для нашей семьи это идеальный вариант, чтобы наслаждаться прогулками по центру города. На улице рядом есть небольшой Спар и пара отличных магазинчиков с шикарными овощами и фруктами, не хуже, чем на рынке. И, конечно, гостеприимнейшие хозяева Лоретта и Гия! Спасибо, хотим приехать ещё!

Very good location in the old city, with panoramic view. The host welcomed us with local wine and chatsapuri and assisted us in our needs. Good value for money.
The common areas of the house were in a mess. The apartment was not well cared of and not so clean. It would be good to provide shampoo, sugar..
