Páčili sa nám nádherné výhľady z terasy, súkromie. Pekná pláž 5 minút od ubytovania. Pán Kostas je ochotný, apartmán je v dobrom stave. Praktická je aj vonkajšia sprcha s výhľadom na more.
Prístup ku pláži je cez strmý kopec, nie sú dobudované schody a tak cesta nie je vhodná pre deti alebo starších ľudí. Trasa do obchodu alebo reštaurácie v Agios Gordios trvá cca 20 minút chôdze.

Location, if you don’t like crowds.
Be warned, wear good shoes for very steep path to the beach. The walk to civilization is also 20-30 minutes, difficult but doable.

The view was absolutely stunning!
Kostas and his wife are very nice and helpful people.
The rooms and the terrace were bigger than it looks on the photos. The appartment was super clean when we arrived and they came to clean up and change beddings and towels once in a week.
You can reach the sea on a very steep path in a few minutes. You need good body condition to climb back, but the clean water, the privacy you have and the beauty of the coast worth it.
You can reach the village on the main road in 25 minutes on foot or by walking along the beach (this also takes 25-30 min).
We did not rent a car, cuz it was quite expensive, so we walked everyday a lot back and forth to the center (it is ok if you have good stamina and get used to "trekking" otherwise you would definitely need a car).
Location is super private and peaceful. You can hear the sea waves all day from your bed.
If you look for a calm place for relax, this villa is the best choice.
There were mosquitoes after sunset and they managed somehow to get inside the house despite the mosquitoe net and closed doors.
A few sharp knives would be useful in the kitchen.
Anyway, we had nothing to complian about.

"The owner kindly reimbursed me for the rest of the week. Apparently they stop building during summer and had just started up again in September. Shame they can't wait another month to resume building...."
