Exceptional beach
The location is exceptional and the amenities provided by Efi for taking advantage of the beach are excellent (shower, debit of water, very good beds, umbrellas , surfing boards and many other things).

The apartments need some investment to justify the high price
The view from the balcony into the sea is amazing and sunset happens right there. Also, they have their own beach chairs you can use. They also have some toys for kids like a slider etc and a high chair is available in the balcony which makes it very convenient. The AC units in the rooms work reeeeally well. The apartment is spacious and the lady that runs it is very friendly.
No blackout curtains in any room.This really affected our stay there since we were traveling with a small baby and was up everyday at 6AM because of the sunlight and we couldn’t put him to sleep until past 10pm. The price was pretty high for the amenities it has. We only got one pillow each and one sheet each. The living room doesn’t have AC which makes it very hot in the summer and you need to intentionally leave the room doors open when you leave if you want to stay there.
A little investment in this property such as: blackout curtains in every room, some proper bed linen and pillows for each bed, some comfortable mattresses and an AC unit in the common area would have made this stay 5/5.
Also while some past comments describe the property with access to a pool, this is not the case now. We explicitly asked. I feel the main picture in Trip Advisor should be changed because it is misleading and this is one of the reasons we booked this place
Parking in Agios Gordios is terrible. If you are travelling there, consider minimal luggage.

Great space and suited what we needed for our family. Excellent beach front location. Great facilities provided in the property. Sun loungers on the beach were excellent for a day on the beach.

Rustic beachfront bliss, traditional Greek hospitality awaits you at Louiza. A beautiful place.
The Louiza is steps from a beautiful beach, with its own pool that looks out onto the sea, with plenty of sun loungers and is big enough to actually swim. The beachside courtyard has a hammock, and wooden tables and chairs looking out to sea where you can enjoy a drink. It has a Greek, rustic feel with teracotta pots and quaint stairs. Our apartment was downstairs in the main house and featured an outside terrace with sunbeds, comfy sofas to relax on and a dining table, all set amongst shade from trees, and fabric sails, and even a pomegranate tree! The apartment was clean and had two bedrooms, and a kitchen with dining area, all of which furnished in a tasteful shabby chic style. Our bed looked directly through the terrace out to sea, and you could hear the sea while you drifted off to sleep, which was bliss. Efi the owner was super responsive, even when our flight was delayed 5 hours and we arrived in the middle of the night, she made sure that we could still access the property. She was kind and helpful throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as a host. We visited the last week on October, returning home on 2nd November. Agios Gordios had beautiful weather, with only one day of cloud. It was quiet and relaxed, but with a few places still open, to be able to buy groceries and a couple of restaurants to eat at, both right on the beach... The Ark which is an Ibiza style large bar-restaurant, and Green Stone, a beautiful traditional Taverna. It is a great time of year to visit if you don't like the crowds of summer. We hired a car and visited Corfu town a couple of times, which was still mainly open with its shops, restaurants and amenities. We thoroughtly enjoyed our stay and plan on revisiting next October

A perfect apartment for the summer vacation with an amazing pool and 2 meters from the sea. Efi received us patiently despite the flight delay, every day we met her taking care of the apartments and guests. The village is wonderful, around dozens of excellent restaurants and a supermarket for shopping. There is a parking problem due to the proximity to the beach, but this is not related to the place itself. We enjoyed everything very much and will see you next summer.

Right in front of the beach. The host is a helpful, hardworking, energetic woman who seem to be running the whole thing by herself! Communication in English was good, much better than I imagined.
Also a nice detail to leave spanakopita in the kitchen when the apartment was cleaned
The village is not actually a village but a road that goes to the beach with restaurants and souvenir shops (most of them are closed in April though). Too few buses to corfù town.
Still lovely beach to entertain yourself.

It was end of season, we were alone on the site. Spectacular sunset in front of windows. Comfy hard mattress. Lots of hungry cute kittens around :)
To access property need to walk on wooden pavement/path missing planks, broken in some places and needs renovating.

The location was perfect, right on the beach and within minutes of shops restaurants. Efi is a super host and keeps the place is perfect order. Everything is just what you need. The pool, the sunbeds even a hammock. I would definitely stay here again. Its perfect!

the pool next to the sea is just what we wanted. Also we enjoyed sitting in the evening on the terrace without any mosquitoes or wasps, which is quite different comparing to some other parts of Korfu, where they are really annoying

This accommodation exceeded our expectations by far. We had a fabulous view, on a large terrace where we had breakfast every day. The pool is large, with many sunbeds and beautiful arrangements. The host is an amazing lady, she arranged a taxi from and to the airport and provided everything we needed, new towels every day and lovely conversations. We hope to come back soon and stay here again!

Efi, the host of the property, is excellent at what she does and is so friendly as she does it.
The property location is fabulous and you have the benefit of the swimming pool at the property as well as a beautiful beach just outside the property. Local restaurants are brilliant and provide great value for money along with friendly, helpful service. Efi is constantly on hand to assist her guests with anything they may need and her communication prior to arrival is also excellent.
Thoroughly recommend Louiza Apartments for a great stay in this beautiful coastal location.

Wonderful appartement
The appartement has a nice size and a lovely pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, right in front of it. The sea and the beach are right outside the garden. Wonderful view and perfect location. Plenty of restaurants nearby (5-10 min).
It has been challenging to reach the appartement and find somewhere to park, but our host was amazing and eventually fetched us on the beach at 10pm, as we were lost. Bathroom had a slight smell of damp.

Excellent communication from booking. Effy went out of her way to arrange a last minute transfer for us, even at a time when we later learned that she was dealing with a family emergency!
The apartment was spotless. everything you need for a relaxing self catering holiday. Plenty of pots and pans. The apartment was cleaned with fresh towels and sheets provided daily.
We ate out most nights, but enjoyed breakfast and lunch on our shady and cool
balcony most days. The location of the apartments is perfect. Quiet enough if you are looking to chill and if you want more life, literally about 100 meters away from supermarkets and restaurants.
The apartments are directly on the beach, with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas to choose from in the apartment gardens. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower in the garden.

idyllic casual place to relax
charming, local, casual; furnished well and new. we had the upper apt with view and it was great, air conditioning in bedroom worked well! right on the water! we walked to Sabbia beach club for 5 euro chairs. the beach and sand were heavenly! the pool was very clean. we look forward to a future stay!
it’s near the pink palace hostel but truly did not bother us in June. we booked last minute and didn’t realize parking would be hard (our own fault of course), the place was extremely helpful!

Fantastic place just on the beach
Maybe a towel rack would be useful in the bathroom but that's a minor thing. We loved our stay.
We loved our stay and already planning to come back next year within the season to enjoy all the facilities of the place (pool is a bit cold in October :) The apartment might not be super modern but it is clean, tidy and in general the place has a great atmosphere.
The bonus is the host herself - nice, full of energy and good mood lady.
