Beautifully built and maintained house. Every detail was high quality and well thought out. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We were in room 4, which is on the top floor and has a full length balcony with a great view of the ocean. There is comfortable outdoor furniture from which to enjoy the view. The house was SPOTLESS. Parking is in the front courtyard behind a locked gate. There is a lovely pool again proved with comfortable outdoor furniture. The kitchen has all necessary equipment and supplies. There is full size washing machine for which the host supplied packets of laundry detergent. I can not say enough good things about the place, it was wonderful. There is a grocery store about 5 minuet walk, a very nice restaurant, Dream 6 minutes away, the bus into Split is next to the restaurant and takes bout 15 minuets to get into the old town. The beach is also a short walk and there is a very nice marina and hotel complex with seaside walk about 10 minuets away. I wish we had had a longer time here it was GREAT.

I must note that as in most of Croatia, there are hills and homes are built on the hillsides. The house has 4 leaves and they are all accessible via stairs. They are comfortably spaced and well lighted. I have difficulty walking, but was able to make it up. The road to the house is also on a hill, but can be walked and driven comfortably. The GPS does not show the correct position of the home. The street for the house is the 2nd Left up the hill. There is a cinder block small building where the left turn is made. The house is the 3rd on the right and is exactly as in the picture/

Die Unterkunft ist modern und sauber, Location nah am Meer und Supermarkt.

Kein privater Pool, spärliche Küchenausstattung (halb leere Küchenrolle, kein Backpapier, keine Basics), der Grill war verdreckt, Wifi hat nicht funktioniert.
