Les Cordeliers

It was so close to the old town, basically a 50 meter walk to the start of the avenues of the old town. Fantastic breakfast. STEPHEN the owner was so helpful he made the trip an absolute delight with his information and recommendations and his sense of humour.

Nothing to dislike about the property

Memorable experience in this beautiful gem of a hotel ! Steve made things extra special from greeting us to sharing all the recommendations where to eat, places to visit and putting together a lovely breakfast every morning. The rooms were large and very comfortable with large windows and authentic decor. AC worked perfectly There is also free parking 2 min walk from the hotel. We ended uo booking another night and enjoyed another day of exploring the surrounding area and lots of great restaurants

The room was spacious and airconditioned which was so necessary with the high temperatures. The breakfast was just gorgeous, so plentiful and huge selection. Having the facilities of a little kitchen for coffees, etc was a bonus. Steven and Susan were such brilliant hosts and went above and beyond for us. When my wife was taken ill Susan guided us on her scooter to the hospital, interpreted the language for us when we were at our most vulnerable. We will be forever grateful for their kindness and understanding. Also an excellent location for all that wonderful Sarlat has to offer.

There was nothing to dislike, it was wonderful, we will be back.
