The host was great. Complimentary coffee and croissant an unexpected surprise. Full breakfast for 10 euros was super. Close to town centre.
Some issues with shower and upkeep. Very minimal impact on stay. No tea coffee making facilities as advertised.

Location, friendly welcome, calm, quiet room, free coffee at breakfast
On reading this review I'm sure my friendly host will clean the gunge from the shower, clean all the wicker storage that is dirty and grey dirt visible on all wicker, it looks like mould, think it's just dirt. Clean windows and dusty blinds
