- Jest prywatna łazienka, co jest niezwykłe w takiej cenie - W pokoju są darmowe kawa, herbata i czajnik - Szczelność prysznica jest rewelacyjna, żadnych kałuż nie było na podłodze - Jest gniazdko koło łóżka - Jest szafa w pokoju (i dwa fotele) - Przepiękny zapach świeżo wypranej bielizny - Jest uroczy kot, którego można przekonać, żeby dał się pogłaskać :)
- Kran w łazience jest krótki i leje prawie mimo zlewu, trzeba trochę uważać - Dosyć późne zameldowanie (chociaż wymeldowanie także może być późne) - Okno w pokoju patrzy prosto na ulicę (ale zasłony są dobre) - W prysznicu nie ma gdzie odstawić żel podczas mycia

Pokój znajdował się na poddaszu. Przy temperaturach przekraczających 30°C brak klimatyzacji, a nawet zwykłego wentylatora, był bardzo uciążliwy.
