"I stayed for 8 nights and had an excellent experience. The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and located in a safe, quiet area...."

in general it is a nice apartment (although some maintenance is very advisable)
directions to the address was poor description (looks like machine translation) how to come into the yard, building, flat, garage was very bad/cryptic. My advise is to clarify everything before arriving. The host was not able to speak English on the phone (messaging/texting is working)
