Lokalizacja bardzo dobra.
Zakazać palenia w obiekcie. Pomimo wywieszonych tabliczek z zakazem palenia w pokoju obok lokatorzy nie stosowali się do tego zakazu. Wychodząc na wspólny przedpokój aż zatykało od dymu papierosowego.

Bardzo duży PLUS za lokalizację - praktycznie centrum, nieopodal Pałacu Branickich i hotelu Gołębiewski. Klucze dostępne w skrytce przy drzwiach. Właściciel (zarządca) odpowiada na maile. Apartament, czyli małe mieszkanko zlokalizowane na 3 piętrze. Jest balkon, ale od strony dość ruchliwej ulicy. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Białegostoku. Polecam.
Mały minus za braki w doposażeniu aneksu kuchennego (brak łyżeczek, naczyń, itp.). Poza tym OK.

Kontakt z gospodarzem i lokalizacja super. Na dole były piekarnie, gdzie można było kupić pyszne pieczywo, łóżko bardzo wygodne.
W łazience brakuje małej półeczki na kosmetyki i wspaniale by było gdyby w mieszkaniu były takie drobiazgi jak herbata, cukier, nawet w saszetkach. Niestety hałas z ulicy, i chyba są bardzo cienkie ściany bo słychać było cały czas sąsiadów.
