Collecting the keys was easy enough, there was a clear location (which was however in the main Calpe town so required a taxi ride).
I had issues with the booking.com platform so couldn't access chat history with the owner which made it hard to keep track of check in instructions, but that's not the owners fault.
We didn't actually stay at Maryvilla 46C, we were directed and given the keys for another properyy, without much of a heads up.
A different address was mentioned by the host when I messaged them asking for check in instructions, but they just gave me the address and didnt actually mention or acknowledge it was different to the one we'd booked, they just gave the address and I realised it was a different place - which was slightly confusing as we weren't 100% sure which address to direct our taxi driver to.
However, the new property was similar in facilities and size and not too far away so it didn't end up being a problem once we were checked in.

Las vistas espectaculares, la piscina está muy bien, la barbacoa y la casa en general bien.
Nada más llegar la entrada del piso está por detrás lo da a la calle hay q bajar unas escaleras para llegar por detrás, hay un coche aparcado dentro del garaje (me dijeron que ese coche no se movía hasta octubre) y no permite meter más de un coche. En general está desgastado el chalet poco cuidado. La limpieza la verdad que bastante mejorable. Había muchos pelos de la estancia anterior y polvo. Una de las habitaciones estaba fundida la luz. En el baño lleno de hormigas. La piscina no saben ni cómo encender las luces así que no pudimos encenderlo y alguna está fundida de alrededor. Los vecinos a las 22:30 de la noche nos llamaron la atención por estar cenando normal fuera. El jardín lleno de hojas tiradas. Los de la inmobiliaria muy majos.
