The villas location is stunning. All 7 bedrooms were of a good size with comfortable beds.
Disappointed that the swimming pool was not warm enough for four children or indeed the adults to swim in until day 6. The temperature got to 24 degrees on this day so we all were able to use it. We spent a lot of time in the jacuzzi because of this.
The heater to the pool should have been on for four days at least prior to our arrival.
We have a heated pool at home so know how they work and the amount of time they need to heat up beforehand.

Zeer mooie locatie en zeer mooie villa.
Een min puntje was de keuken …klein en weinig bestek en supplementen om te koken voor 14 personen.
Maar zeker een aanrader.

The villa is very big and has a lot to offer. The swimming pool is great, as well as the hot tub and sauna. Each room is quite big with a modern bathroom within every room. The beds were very comfortable. We used the BBQ a lot and that was excellent as well. The villa has a nice living room with a big TV. Upon request we could use 2 baby beds and high chairs for our young kids.
The kitchen is a bit small for such a big house.
Parking at the villa is quite complex, since there is not much room for a lot of cars and the access to the parking lot is a bit narrow (common for villas in this area). If you park your car first, you have to ask the other cars to move to exit the parking area.
The villa is not designed for small children, since there is no fence around the pool, which is quite dangerous when travelling with young children. There is also no plastic cutlery or anything for toddlers, so it is advisable to bring some yourself. There is also no fence for the stairs in the living room.
We didn't think much of the town of Calpe. We liked Moraira a lot better.
