Superbe T4 vue mer à Royan, 2 min à pied des plages

L'emplacement, la vue, la taille du séjour (spacieux)...

des détails : les oreillers trop épaix pour nous, la cuisine avec des meubles hauts justement trop hauts pour une personne d'1,6 m. Les meubles anciens sont beaux mais parfois peu confortables. Enfin, je ne suis pas le plus fans des tableaux (question de goût personnel). Bref des détails.

Réservation de dernière minute. L'hôte nous a appelés juste après la réservation, super sympa. Accueil parfait. Parking à proximité. Proche de la plage, restaurants et marché à distance de marche. Appartement très grand, très bien isolé. Les chambres sont grandes et les lits sont géants !!! Décoré avec goût, mais on comprend vite pourquoi. Tout a été parfait !!!

Un appartement très confortable, très joliment decoré. Un accueil au top. Un emplacement idéal pour la plage, les commerces et les restaurants. Une belle découverte

Vincent, the host, was wonderful and accommodating and spoke perfect English...an unexpected bonus. The apartment was HUGE...much bigger than in the photos and 3/4 of the apartment was wrapped by a shallow terrace, that was lovely. Large French doors opened onto the terrace from the living room, kitchen, our bedroom and another one and there was always a breeze. Beds were very comfortable (2 Kings and 1 Queen) with nice linens. Short walk to the beach and very nice views of the ocean from the apartment. Free parking right around the corner. Large fully equipped kitchen (with icemaker!!) and a large dining table with comfortable chairs ideal for a family meal. The apartment was very quiet with no noise when the windows were closed, but even open, this is a quiet part of town.

We are stretching here for negatives, and its hard to find them. There could have been more tan 1 roll of toilet paper and the elevator was out of service while we were there, but other than that, nothing to complain about.
