Belle décoration. Très belle cuisine avec tout ce qu’on peut souhaiter. Vue directe sur la Gironde et les allers retours du bac ferry

L’appartement a une vue incroyable sur la plage de Foncillon et offre un équipement de qualité. C’est un très bel appartement où rien ne manque. C’est spacieux, lumineux, confortable et on prend vite ses marques, on est comme chez soi. La literie est très confortable. Les salles de bain dans chaque chambre sont un réel plus dans ce logement ! Les commerces sont à proximité. La propriétaire est disponible et réactive par message. Bref, on a adoré et on espère revenir.
L’isolation phonique entre l’appartement et celui du dessus. On entend tous les bruits de l’étage au dessus (pas, douche, chasse d’eau, discussion si ça parle fort). Pas gênant quand on a des gens qui font preuve de savoir vivre mais autrement ça peut être pénible…
