About this apartment rental
The recently completed Résidence de la Piscine de Foncillon is a luxury secure contemporary residence located in the centre of De Royan in the elegant Foncillon district with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Royan.
You will be a ten-minute walk from the central market as well as the town centre and very close to the fishing and marina port.
It is ideally located close to the beach and all amenities.
To do everything on foot
The proposed apartment of 68 m² is designed for four people, a fifth if it is a child under two years old (travel cot - not available on site).
The single-storey terrace with sea view is equipped with a Fermob table and 6 chairs, an electric plancha, 4 sun loungers.
The entrance is through a living room which includes a 3-seater sofa, armchairs, coffee table, large screen TV (connected). At your disposal the orange LiveBox for wifi.
The high-end kitchen is fully equipped:
Wine cellar, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, BORA hob with integrated host, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, porcelain crockery.
Next, a large bathroom (walk-in shower) double sink, heated towel rail and a separate toilet are located in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
Finally, the two chambers:
The first is equipped with a 160X200 bed
The second with two 80X200 beds (which can be joined together with a strap to make a 160 bed). Each of the bedrooms has a television. (The bedding is French and of excellent quality).
Two large dressing shelves are available; one for each bedroom. Each bedroom gives access to the terrace through French doors.
The accommodation offers a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer...
The swimming pool (reserved for people from the residence) of 17 x 12 is unheated and open from June 15 to September 15.
Linen is not included in the price but can be provided and beds can be made according to your request. Duvets and pillows are available.
ATTENTION: linen is included in the price with beds made from 05/07/2025 to 30/08/2025-
Beach and/or pool towel available for rent (100 x 200 / 500 grams).
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and pets are not allowed.
The bicycle room and the parking lot (with allocated space) are exclusively reserved for the occupants of the Residence.
Nearby: La Palmyre Zoo, Tennis, Golf courses, Sailing, sand yachting, Côte Sauvage beach (17km), De Foncillon beach, Pontaillac, the Pontaillac Casino, Thalazur, Talmont-sur-Gironde and Mornac (listed village) and many others...

Les plus : appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé.
Les moins : beaucoup de vis-à-vis entre les appartements, résidence encore en chantier (travaux pendant notre séjour), piscine non terminée.

Les photos sur l'annonce sont trompeuses : elles peuvent faire penser que l'appartement est en étage et qu'il s'agit d'une terrasse en étage, alors que l'appartement est en rez de chaussée.
Les photos sont trompeuses car on a l'impression que la terrasse et le salon sont plus grands que la réalité.
En revanche: +++ pour la piscine. L'eau était à 30°
Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun transat et aucun parasol autours de la piscine.
