Posizione non consigliata per uscire a piedi e con bambini, vicino a negozi e pizzerie, ma la zona dopo una certa ora ( nemmeno tanto tardi ) è piena di gente poco affidabile ed alticcia o altro. ( Esperienza personale ).

Rapporto qualità prezzo direi più che corretto. La descrizione della struttura è in linea con quanto viene offerto. Proprietario molto disponibile. Colazione basilare ma per il prezzo va più che bene.

We liked the room ours with a private bathroom. And the host was very quick and good at showing the facilities and then we had alot of space and privacy. The breakfast was fantastic also having a shared fridge with room number so things were kept well and separate. The and lounge area and kitchen available. Clean and nice building garden area.
The position is good if you are using the train station. But with the car in this period of the year it was difficult to find decent parking. As it is street parking.

Ubicazione poco distante da Anzio e facilità di parcheggio anche se in una strada stretta
Stanza piccola al piano interrato areata sol con una piccola finestra in alto sotto il solaio,bagno esterno alla stanza scomodissimo ed in imbarazzante dovendo attraversare la sala colazione con presenza di altre persone. Colazione tutto sommato sufficiente
