Amazing on all fronts

Amazing pool area, spacious rooms, well equipped and incredibly clean. Well placed and very quiet. An oasis of peace.

Everything is very good. If I had to actually give a piece of advise on small details: the lady's communication was a bit stern also on message before arrival. I would soften it.

Do not book apartment - it is in the basement!

We booked the apartment and it was a huge disappointment, as it is situated in the basement - NOT on the ground floor. We asked to get another room, and that was possible for 3 out of 5 days. No refund was given and all in all, we felt that the owner lacked understanding, and was not at all service-minded. We cannot recommend.

Calming, sweet staff and a nice place

The staff was very nice and sweet, very good communication. It was not crowded and very nice place to rest for a day or two.

It’s expensive for the facilities you get in return, and it’s not that close to the beach. It’s about 30 minutes walking!

It was clean and very comfortable. Air conditioner worked well :) . We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the lovely pool area . Staff were very accommodating with our early departure.

Would never stay here again. We travelled through Italy for 2 weeks and this was the worse place.

Nothing - this is not a resort, its a B&B

We had booked for 6 adults and an 8-month-old baby. They gave us 1 room upstairs which was fine but they then gave us an apartment downstairs that you walked into the 1 bedroom that had a bathroom but then the 2nd bedroom had a large dining room table, with a bar in the corner. The couple that slept in this room had to go through the main bedroom if they needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was riddled with all type of insects. We asked the lady if we could have an extra room (by the way, there were no other guests except ourselves), but she wanted to charge us 150 euros!! We said we would pay 50 euros for the extra room but she did not accept this. Not too sure what type of a business this is as I would rather have guests pay 50 euros than nothing at all. After we left the premises, we had to go to a chemist to buy cream for all the insect bites from the bathroom downstairs. This is not a resort, this is a B&B. False advertising as a resort.

Clean and big room. Clean swimming pool.

Swimming pool used by neighbors, who not staying in hotel. Transfer driver smoked next to the swimming pool, watching everyone and loudly talking on the phone. Location remote with only cars access. No safe pedestrian access. Inside the hotel and during breakfast air con off, very hot and sweaty. When pay travelers tax, receipt not provided.

Location was very good for us because we planned to visit Rome and Napoli. Everything was very good and we felt there more like familly than guests. Martina was very helpfull and very friendlly - thank You very much Martina. In neighborhood is restaurant and pizza GUSTO where we eat each evening and we were so happy to be there. Everything what we have tasted was very tasty and we could stay there for ever.

very Bad breakfast . nothing fresh. no eggs. no fresh bread. no ham. not even a single fruits (.. it is a shame for a country like Italie) milk was passed on saturday morning. In Italie food seems very important it is so Bad that they do not pay attention to breakfast in this hotel. specially when you stay 4 nights.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and there was a decent variety for a small B&B. The owner did not appear to speak much English but made us feel very welcome nonetheless.

We booked a room with a sea view which we did not receive. The B&B is 3 miles from the nearest coastline so there is no room with a sea view in the property which I find very misleading, The area itself is isolated and you need a car to stay here which luckily we had. It appears very run down around the local town but this may be because we went out of season.

Non è un resort

Ho trovato L’alloggio su Booking e l’ho scelto solo perché dalle foto sembrava davvero un resort e a parità di prezzo con altri, più economici, ho voluto provare. Quello che viene definito “resort” è un villino situato in una via senza uscita, a oltre 2km dalla spiaggia, in un quartiere residenziale per nulla comodo per fare due giorni di mare. Ma il bello deve venire, la nostra stanza “camera queen con vista mare” è una camera mansardata, con finestre alte e piccole, in cui il mio compagno doveva camminare con la testa piegata per non sbattere e il mare si vedeva forse col binocolo! Avevamo delle cose fresche da conservare in frigo e le ho dovute buttare tutte perché il mini-frigo, nonostante fosse collegato alla corrente, non è mai stato funzionante! L’abbiamo fatto presente in reception e facendo finta di non saperlo, hanno detto “lo faremo riparare”. Vedo le recensioni su tripadvisor, ed era capitata la stessa identica cosa ad altri ospiti oltre 3 mesi fa! Stamattina, siamo stati svegliati alle 8 (di domenica mattina) dal chiasso della famiglia accanto alla nostra stanza che ha ben pensato di far giocare il bambino davanti alla nostra porta, urlando. Una volta usciti dalla stanza per il checkout e la colazione, abbiamo visto sulle scale il personale e nessuno ha detto nulla per far smettere gli schiamazzi, intollerabile da una struttura che si fa chiamare resort. Inoltre, non è presente neanche un ascensore e abbiamo dovuto fare due piani di scale a chiocciola a piedi, una famiglia con disabile cosa avrebbe fatto?! Il posto è carino, ma è la tipologia di casa che puoi trovare su airbnb, o definita come bnb! Assolutamente fuorviante la parola RESORT e non vale assolutamente i 150 euro a notte pagati. Scrivo questa recensione come alert per altre persone che si troveranno nella nostra condizione, illudendosi di trovare quello che si vede sul web.

Śmierdzący pokój

Podobał nam się tylko basen i piękny ogród. Widać, że zadbali tam o każdy szczegół.

Pokój śmierdzący strasznie. Prywatna łazienka z wanną z hydromasażem poza pokojem . Trzeba było wychodzić na korytarz gdzie znajdowały się inne pokoje . Trochę to upokarzające. Dziecko bało się w nocy skorzystać z toalety musiałam iść z nim . Właściel obserwował Nas cały pobyt . Wciąż powtarzał czego nie można . Przyjechaliśmy tam odpocząć a czuliśmy się jak w jakimś więzieniu. Na booking było napisane 1.8km do plaży a tak naprawdę to ponad 2.5km . Dostęp do plaży przeważnie płatny . My weszliśmy, bo jedna z bramek była otwarta ale z wyjściem był problem bo zamykają koło 20 . Pani sprzątaczka wyrzuciła nam jedzenie . Przybyliśmy do hotelu po 19 głodni, zmęczeni. Od dworca dojście do hotelu 30 min . Nie mogliśmy złapać żadnej taxi ( więc pobyt bez auta słaby). Zamówiliśmy sobie jedzenie do pokoju i tam jedliśmy. Po czym na drugi dzień dostałam informację że skasują Nas za jedzenie kolacji w pokoju 50 euro za wyrzucenie śmieci! Informacja w pokoju jest, że trzeba takie śmieci wynieść do specjalnego worka ( nie wiadomo gdzie się znajdował) ale nawet nie mieliśmy szansy ich wyrzucić. Bo zeszliśmy na śniadanie a pokój już był sprzątany. Poprosiłam właścicielkę o późniejsze wymeldowanie, niestety się nie zgodziła kłamiąc że na drugi dzień przyjeżdżają goście.. Sprawdzałam na booking pokój był wolny. I jeszcze chamsko grożąc że jak nie wymeldujemy się do godziny 10 to zapłacimy karę 30 euro . Nakładają za wszystko kary . W basenie nie można nurkować jak to wytłumaczyć dziecku, które to uwielbia . No chore, reczniki na basen płatne. Nie polecaaam !!!

Bellissima struttura ma è stata una delusione

struttura molto bella, un oasi di serenità , pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli tutto arredato con gran gusto. La piscina bellissima, pulita e curata. la colazione di ottima qualità nonostante fosse solo dolce non c era nulla di salato. Giardino curato , nel complesso una bella atmosfera.

ci hanno dato una stanza al secondo piano senza ascensore che con un bambino piccolo è stata scomodissima soprattutto caricarselo in braccio per tutte le scale , era una stanza piccolissima mancava l aria non era adatta per 3 persone (2 adulti e un bambino di 4 anni ) mansarda per cui il tetto era anche molto molto basso, non si tiravano giù le tapparelle perché una era rotta per cui la luce entrava prestissimo , fono non funzionante ma vabbè quello può capitare , lavandino piccolissimo per lavarsi i denti si faceva il lago a terra. Purtroppo è stata una delusione grandissima la stanza per fortuna siamo stati una notte sola. Prezzo assolutamente non adeguato alla camera purtroppo
