Nice beach hotel within range of Rome airport.

Modern, comfortable hotel across the (busy) road from a beach. Good breakfast. Some rooms have a sea view. Easy free car parking. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurants within easy walking distance. It was a good choice for a last night in Italy before the one hour drive to drop off our rental car at Rome airport.

Nice hotel with super friendly staff.

The room was quite large and the staff prepared coffee for us outside of breakfast hours.

Didn’t have any hot water the night we stayed. I didn’t let them know until morning and it was an easy fix (tripped fuse).

Great choice

Wonderful hotel, everything is as described. The rooms are excellent, clean, tidy, equipped. Good breakfast, varied offer, with coffee of course. Staff very friendly (special regards to Karlota). Parking. A wonderful view of the sea, the beach immediately after crossing the street. Hotel guests have a discount on the private beach. Close to the bus and train station. There are amall shops and many restaurants nearby. The center can be reached by easy walking (app 45 min) or by local buses. All recommendations!

Great beach view and access.

The beach cannot be accessed after 7:00pm. Not a very friendly place for international customers. Some people at the front desk were really good some others were condescending. Extremely small shower. No access to taxis and very few restaurant choices.

Nice hotel near the beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Not far from the nearest train station. If you go along the road to the right, then there will be a supermarket not far away. If you follow the road to the left, then at a distance of 2-3 kilometers there will be seafood restaurants. The beach next to the hotel is very good, the water and sand are clean, there were not many People.

Comfortable bed. Table with 2 chairs. Fridge. We are satisfied with everything.The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Small entry into the shower. Only 3 slices of prosciutto for breakfast...ridiculous. If it's expensive for you, serve plain ham instead.

Fantastica posizione sul mare

Bella struttura, pulita e tenuta molto bene. Proprio di fronte al mare, camere ampie e ben insonorizzate (davanti c’è una strada, ma a finestre chiuse non si sente rumore). Colazione completa, buffet ben fornito, caffè/cappuccino preparati al momento; si possono anche avere uova/pancetta fatti su richiesta e senza alcun sovrapprezzo. Staff estremamente gentile, sia in ricezione che in sala colazione. Parcheggio interno gratuito.

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la sala colazione non è molto spaziosa.

Персонал отеля очень дружелюбный! Быстрая обратная связь, объяснили как доехать от Рима до Нетунье, написали что выйти необходимо на станции Маркияро, буквально 40 минут на электричке от Рима и мы были на месте около моря! Район спокойный, гуляли пешком ночью, всё тихо и люди дружелюбные! Наш отель через дорогу сразу пляж, от отеля предоставляют скидку небольшую. Море чистое, пляж чистый, за вещи не переживали пляж охраняется, бывало что на ночь на пляже оставляли игрушки и обувь никто не забирал. От отеля пандусы, удобно для колясок, также отель предоставляет велосипеды. Обязательно вернемся!!! 😉

В номере были пластиковые стаканы, рекомендую стеклянные!

Deux chambres réglées à l’avance , mais une annulée une semaine avant pour raison médicale impérieuse. Aucun geste commercial , même pas de remboursement des petits déjeuners des absents…. Bruit de la route
