great location

the house is located close to the old town. you can enjoy stunning views of the old town on the terrace. the host was great. he was able to let us stay a bit longer.

Great location with a beautiful view and a terrace facing the sea. Beaches are nearby in every direction. Private parking space available for your car.

The owner spoke limited English, but communication was still okay. The traffic on the road in front was heavy almost all the time — not noisy, but there were frequent traffic jams. (July)

Really great location for visiting Old Trogir.

Located very very close to the old town and before crossing the bridge, you get great photos of the old town from across the river. Also only a 10-15 minute easy drive to the airport.

The smell in the neighbourhood was a constant horrible sewage smell and unfortunately it was very apparent at night whilst in bed. Note that this is no reflection on the quality of the apartment. Walking towards the bridge to the old town, you also experience the same smell.

The apartment is close to Trogir and the beaches, the rooms were nice and clean. It had a big patio which we enjoyed very much. Homeowners were welcoming and pleasant. We'll definitely come back 🤗

The guesthouse is conveniently located near Trogir and the beaches on Otok Ciovo. The room was super clean and also the bathroom. The hosts were super nice and discreet. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is in the Trogir area!

Great location, very comfortable studio, amazing host

The location of studio was great, everything just few walking steps! Studio has fully equipped kitchen, there’s a washing machine in bathroom and furniture in general is all modern. It’s very clean, fresh and it has a parking spot if you’re by car. Joško is such a lovely host, very kind and was giving me good tips to explore Trogir and surroundings. I ended up extending my stay. I would gladly stay at studio Kate again. Until the next time, thank you for everything Joško! ✨

It was very clean and easy to find. perfect for a quick stay and super close to the best parts of Trogir

In the pictures there was a balcony but my room was ground floor. Not a big deal at all as I was only there for one night but if I had been staying for longer I would have been a little disappointed not to have the balcony/terrace as shown in the pics.

Not recommended at all - super loud street and night club

Spotless clean Parking space

Thin mattresses. Located on a highly frequented street (even at night), rooms are not sound proofed at all, feels like the cars are driving next to your ear. Also, there is a night club really close by. What bothered me the most was the reaction of the owner when I complained about the noise. They actually confirmed relocating me in a more quite room on the next day. At 7am I packed everything in one bag, left and sent a message asking them to put my bag in the new room. When I came back at 1pm, I actually got a new room, but it was as loud as the first one. Told the owners, that I can't sleep there another night. Got as response "that's your problem!". Complaining about this reaction at booking.com, they claimed I wouldn't get a full refund for the second night as I used the room until 2pm. Reminder: I left at 7am only leaving one bag for the relocation.
