The hosts were very helpful and always available to answer any questions. I enjoyed having access to a kitchen, and as a solo traveller, it was nice to have the opportunity to chat with some of the staff, and other guests.

This is a charming quaint home like feel of a place to stay. You are right in the heart of the old town. The family that owns the place are so sweet and generous. You get an immersion in culture and family. We were offered fruits from their garden -figs and grapes. I really enjoyed staying here. It is simple but so authentic.
There is nothing not to like.

Excellent location in heart of old town.
No street noise as others mentioned. Saturday night stay after a boat charter was very convenient to take the water taxi directly from Marina Baotic to within a short walk of the rooms. Nice to be able to use fridge and kitchen. Took some of our goods left after charter and make to use them.
Not much negative. Stairs to go up to all rooms so not for the mobility challenged.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were fantastic, very friendly, made a real effort with our little boy. There is a lovely terrace to sit out and have a coffee in the morning.
The room does not have air conditioning and in the heat of the summer it was close to unbearable. There were two fans provided but they didn’t make much of a difference. We fully appreciate that we did stay during the summer months when temperatures were particularly high but I think it is worth noting as some may struggle. However if you can put up with the heat it would be a comfortable stay.
Communication was very relaxed but Please note that there will be someone there to check you in.

Located at the heart of Trogir. Owner very laid back and flexible.
Everything is quite outdated, but due to the low price that was expected.

Very helpful owners (managers?), location is amazing; really good value for money; terrace on the roof; access to full kitchen and free coffee and tea. Sufficient power outlets.
The rooms are over three floors (no elevator as it is a historical house) so may be some stairs and wifi worked poorly on the lowest floor. We were given a fan (which was very quiet) but I can imagine in high season it could be hot. Church bells and restaurant noises below could disturb some people, especially if windows are kept open but this is part of staying in the historical area.

I didn’t like anything. Dark place, no lights, finally got someone to help me with a big luggage up to the third floor, this is not for a senior citizen. I don’t trust booking. com anymore. Your review of this place is very inaccurate. This is maybe okay for backpackers.

This has got to be the nicest accomidation that I've booked since I started exploring Europe in the last 4 years. Tito was extremely friendly and I will be coming back again next year with my wife.
Nothing to dislike

Smell dump in the room. Small inside

The host was really friendly and accomodating and I liked having access to the kitchen. It's like staying with a family. The location was great, right in the old town so close to all the sites.
The room was very basic- the shower room was really mouldy which made the bedroom smell damp. There was no proper aircon, only a very noisy unit with a pipe going out of the window, so impossible to sleep with it on, and the bed was not very comfortable. Reception is up a few flights of stairs, which isn't ideal with a heavy case. Not great wifi. No towels provided. Fine for a one night, but not more.

The location and the host were excellent. They give me some lovely figs.
well… it is overall a good value for money. however, the property is next to a bar or disco with high volume music until 2 am, and beaten by mosquitoes.

Nice staff, big common kitchen with access to a common fridge. We were offered fruits from the owner's garden :)
the room is simple, yet comfortable, I'd personally prefer smaller pillows. The prices in Trogir are pretty high usually, we stayed in a worse accommodation before, at the same cost.
There is a small terrace at the top of the building, nice for breakfast. The location is as expected really great, you are in the middle of the old city. We found free parking 10 mins away, on the side of the road, right across the bridge.
Should be expected, but it is loud to be right in the centre of the town, with the small streets full of bars and restaurants opened until late. I wouldn't complain about it, as we chose that, just good to know.

The hotel is slap bang in the Old Town, about a 5-minute walk from the bus station, in a beautiful medieval building.
I paid €30/225 Kuna for a spacious single room with private bathroom. My original plan had been to stay in Split, but no way can you get that kind of accommodation for €30 in Split so I went for Trogir and took the 37 bus into Split (glad I did, Trogir is a gorgeous town).
The owners are incredibly friendly and bend over backwards to welcome guests. I rolled up at 09:30, said I knew it was too early to check in, but asked if I could leave my bags. Five minutes later I was sitting in my room!
Guests also have access to a kitchen where there is free coffee and it seems in season free fruit!
Excellent, free WiFi. I see that the owners explain that rooms facing the sun have A/C, those shielded, like mine, have a fan. I am the worst of the worst of the worst heat-suffering Northern European, and I found the room cool and the fan absolutely fine.
Nothing to dislike.
