Never again, and no one should stay here.

Location is good.

Not cleaned, rubbish, towels and glasses from previous visitors were still in the room. Was told to use wifi from hotel next door, did not work in my room. Had to get a local to call so I would be let inside. Booked transport to airport but no one showed up. No one could speak English. Removations were conducted in the evening.

Location is good, but eveyting else is very simple, only one star, not four. They didnt accept credit card, only cash,… not a fair bussiness.

Staying at this hotel was not a vacation for me, but rather a challenge just to make it through until the end of the paid period. Let’s start with the name — this is not a villa, but a floor in a three-story building. The location, as everyone here mentions, is indeed great (it’s right in the center of Trogir and only 2 minutes’ walk to all the main sights), but for me, this location turned into a nightmare. Saying that the room is noisy would be an understatement — the street noise is hellish and doesn’t stop even at 1:00 a.m. The building stands right on the road, and the constant roar from scooters, mopeds, motorcycles, and cars is unbearable. On top of that, there’s a bar directly under the windows with shouting and loud music. Since my room didn’t have air conditioning (my fault — I probably overlooked it when booking, as I couldn’t imagine anyone renting out a place without AC in such unbearable heat), I had to keep the window open. But then it’s a choice: either you sleep, or you open the window. The room itself is another story. Everything there is very old and broken, but the real shock for me was the bathroom. I’ve never seen such a neglectful attitude toward guests: a toilet without a seat, a shower cabin without a door… so all the water spills onto the floor, and there’s no bath mat. This is downright dangerous — you could easily slip on the wet tiles and take a nasty fall. The condition of the bathroom was a real shock to me. It’s simply unpleasant to be in the room — hot, stuffy, noisy, uncomfortable. The bed and pillows need replacing, although compared to the bathroom, they’re still in relatively decent condition. To get to the beach you have to walk about 2 km (yes, there’s a town beach in Trogir just 6 minutes away, but swimming there is far from enjoyable).

Bed bugs.

The girl who checked me in was friendly.

Bed bugs. Lots of bed bugs. In different areas of the room and of different sizes. When I sent a message around 10:30pm, no one replied. I wanted a refund and to get out of there immediately. I tried to get help by calling booking.com and they genuinely cannot help and have all their policies set up to leave you waiting for the property owner to reply. 3 different listed phone numbers for the property were called at night and 2 didn't answer, 1 answered and didn't speak English. They were sent an email and didn't bother translating and replying. In the morning they replied and said I should have called the number on the main entrance, even though when I checked in no one said there is a number posted there. And they wanted me to come back and take a different room, not understanding when I said I cannot stay in a place with bed bugs because I cannot bring that problem back to my apartment. After that they didn't reply to any of my messages on Sunday. Only after booking.com processed the refund and I asked for my taxes back did they say to come. My weekend was ruined, in total I spent 5.5 hours on the phone and it was a nightmare to get my money back through booking.

The Staff was very friendly, service was beyond our expectation ! Breakfast ,for the price was very good! Fresh and delicous, a good energy bump for every day. The Vila ("Hotel") is just 2 minutes from the old city of Trogir, the view is outstanding.

Cute little stay next to the old town

The location was great, right across the old town. The room was spacious and clean. The family who owns the villa were very nice and helpful with providing us information and taking care of breakfast in the backyard.

If you are a light sleeper keep in mind that the rooms towards the main road tend to be busy also in the night. the parking area is a few minutes away from the villa, be sure to unpack everything before you go leave the car.

Nice little pension with friendly staff in a great location opposite the old town and 5 min from the beach. We had booked one night. The room was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful view of the sea and the town. The breakfast was ok. We were allowed to store our bikes on the terrace of the hotel.

It says: Parking included. For me, this means that the parking belongs to the hotel. This was not the case. The car park is public and about 15 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We had our bikes, so that was not a problem for us.

The View to Admire

The view through the window of one room was amazing!!! Of course, it’s a bit too noisy to keep it open all night, but it’s really worth admiring! Another room didn’t have the view, so the feeling wasn’t that good. The staff was really friendly and caring!

Really needs a bit of renovation and care… Though it states that there is a free parking, the recommended free parking lot is quite far from the hotel. We parked in the paid one which was closer and it cost about 10 euros a day.

An easygoing stay in Trogir

Good location, easygoing stay for few days despite the fact that rooms furnitures open ere a bit outdated, big balcony, spacious bathroom, morning breakfast and the most important thing - the morning shift host - we received fantastic service from her!

Nothing particular, maybe only the fact that it is on the route for airplanes landing, so you can expect some noise.

Good arrival information given by Liza. Liza was friendly. Location is superb. Good sized bathroom. Good size balcony. Nice breakfast served by Lisa on terrace at rear.

Room was dated and basic. No armchair or chair. TV not tuned in. Shower hose needed replacing and repositioning. Bar of soap. Balcony faces rear of property.

Für einen Kurzaufwnthalt absolut ok

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir konnten schon um 11 Uhr einchecken das war kein Problem. Bei der Abreise durften wir unsere Koffer bis zur Abfahrt am Abend dort stehen lassen. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse war einfach aber wurde nett serviert. Die Aussicht vom kleinen Balkon auf die Altstadt war toll

Einige Reparatur/Renovierungsarbeiten wären nötig (z.b fehlt in der Dusche eine Tür). Man kann trotzdem duschen aber da gab es mehrere solche Kleinigkeiten die nicht schlimm sind aber die Unterkunft in der super Lage sicher aufwerten würden.

Asiakkaat sli aamupalaa samassa tilassa, missä työntekijä ravisteli pyykkejä ja mankeloi, ja toinen teki aamupalaa. Ei hedelmiä, vihanneksia. Astiat eripareja. Kuivaustelineet, silityslaudat ja siivoustarvikkeet ruokailutilassa. Omistaja tupakoi vielä samassa tilassa ja työntekijät pelas puhelimillaan. Lopetuksen paikka, ei nykypäivää. Hintaluokka ihan ylikanttiin. Huono!

Na wielki plus zasługuje lokalizacja, do centrum było blisko. Bardzo wygodne łóżko. Możliwość późnego wymeldowania. Jeśli ktoś nie ma dużych wymagań, na kilka dni spokojnie można się zatrzymać. Pyszny chleb na śniadaniu i świeże owoce: melon, arbuz, banan.

Standard pokoju wymaga zdecydowanie remontu. Styl z przed kilkunastu lat, ale czysto. Śniadania monotonne, codziennie rozpuszczalna kawa i sok pomarańczowy, który w rzeczywistości był napojem musującym jak plusz. Na dwie doby po cztery plasterki szynki, sera. Brak warzyw. Bardzo dużo latających os, nie dało się w spokoju zjeść śniadania. Głośne i nisko latające samoloty ale to ma swój urok.

El dueño del hotel un 10. El coche se quedó sin batería y nos arrancó el coche comprado unas pinzas y nos cobró las pinzas y nos las dio. Nos salvó nuestro viaje. Si no lea a ser por él no hubiéramos podido continuar nuestro viaje ya que no había ningún mecánico disponible y el seguro no respondía al teléfono.

Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren sehr alt und an der Sauberkeit müssen sie noch arbeiten. Ich habe keine Rechnung für meinen Aufenthalt bekommen weil anscheinend der Drucker nicht geht und per Email wollte sie mir keine schicken
