Luxury and secluded apartment set in Valle Romano

L'emplacement que nous avions choisi volontairement éloigné était idéal. Nous avons pu visiter ce que nous voulions car les accès aux villes alentours sont faciles par l'autoroute Melanie la personne qui nous accueillis est tres réactive et disponible L'appartement est tres bien équipé et nous avons meme découvert quil y avait une piscine dans la résidence

The positives were: Melanie was fabulous and met us after 11pm with the keys and showed us around the apartment, going above & beyond by sending us directions to the supermarket and golf club. The apartment was modern and well equipped.

It’s an apartment on the Valle Romano estate- remote and currently undergoing construction. things have spoiled the experience: * the plants outside the patio were overgrown and we did not have the view of the golf course which was a major factor in choosing this apartment from the photos shown on booking.com. We were not bothered about the remoteness of the apartment as we were here for the golf. We would have loved the golf course view. Had we have known we had no view we would probably gone nearer the coast. * The info on booking.com stated there was a balcony, leading you to think it was above ground floor level. It’s a terrace and the apartment is basement level. There is a lift to it, but as other people had said, we did have a lot of roaches. * The apartment was described as “Luxury”. It probably was a few years ago but both wardrobe doors didn’t close, the mattresses in the second bedroom need replacing. My daughter stated they were very uncomfortable, as were the pillows. I personally hate wires hanging down on wall mounted TVs and numerous wires were hanging on all 3 TVs. There is equipment everywhere instead of having a storage area. A high chair took up most of the wardrobe and a fold up bed in the lounge. There was a brush & mop & clothes airer on the terrace and the outdoor furniture had seen better days ( not that we sat out as there was no view!) none of these issues allude to luxury! * Finally I had to clean the fridge out the morning after I arrived as it was quite odorous. The apartment really needs some TLC or a re-write on the description so you can make an informed choice.
