We really appreciated our host — such a friendly and approachable Italian, always available when needed.
We had a lovely stay in this charming apartment, set in a small 300-year-old townhouse in a picturesque seaside town in Italy. The place has a warm, authentic feel — like stepping into the past, but with all the comfort you need. The cozy atmosphere of the old house was truly special, and the bathroom was modern and beautifully done. The location couldn’t be better — right in the town center and just a short walk to the public beach. Everything was within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy the area. We really appreciated the little extras like the two coffee machines and the washing machine. The only thing we missed was a dryer, but it wasn’t a big issue. A welcoming, character-filled place that made our stay memorable. We’d love to come back someday
If we’re being honest, there were just a couple of small things that could have made the stay even better. As with many older homes, there was a faint musty scent typical of historic buildings — nothing unpleasant, just a little reminder that this house has seen more sunsets than we ever will. 😉 One thing we did miss was a balcony. Being so close to the sea, it would’ve been lovely to sit outside and enjoy the salty air without leaving the apartment. And while having a washing machine was great, we found ourselves missing a dryer — unless hanging socks around the room counts as interior decor! Still, none of these were deal-breakers — just tiny things we noticed during an otherwise memorable stay.

Apartments in a nice, quiet location 5 minutes walk from the center of Le Grazie. Everything was very clean
We had breakfast included, but its some bread in a package, 2 yogurts and a couple of fruits for 3 breakfasts .... we were waiting something better from breakfast in Italy!

Weekend a Le Grazie
Alloggio ben ristrutturato e in posizione comoda per raggiungere Portovenere e vari punti di interesse nella zona, pratico anche per escursioni. Fermata dell'autobus a due minuti a piedi. A 10 minuti di auto da La Spezia per ogni esigenza da città. Proprietario di casa molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato molti consigli su cosa fare durante il nostro soggiorno.
Il parcheggio può essere una sfida, ma è così in tutta la Liguria.
