Wonderfull holidays

We had an unforgettable holiday. Elvio and his wife ( Elisa )were simply extraordinary hosts, people of rare kindness and attention, always welcoming with their hearts. With our son, who is on the autism spectrum, they were truly wonderful – a level of care and sensitivity that we will never forget. The hotel is very close to the beautiful Cinque Terre, yet at the same time immersed in peace and silence: a real oasis of tranquility where you can truly recharge. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, functional, and air-conditioned; the pool is perfect, everything spotless and taken care of in every detail. The Cinque Terre are magical… but after this experience, we can say that there is also a sixth land: this hotel, which will remain forever in our hearts. Idyllic rural retreat

Wow - what a wonderful place to stay! Elisa and Elvio were fantastic hosts: super-friendly and helpful. On arrival we were treated to chilled prosecco and homemade delicacies on our private terrace. The room was luxurious and comfortable, pool area lovely and breakfast is huge and very tasty. Highly recommended as an idyllic place to unwind after the bustle of the Cinque Terre.

WiFi is not very reliable, but not a big deal for us.

Great and beautiful location !

We loved our stay at Ginepro. The hosts were very kind, available and gave a lot of recommandations for activites, restaurants, ... The room was very clean and confortable. The AC was a plus during the summer. Great place, well located to visit Cinque Terre. It was a great stay

Quiet and lovely place

Very quiet location, good distance for many trips around (Porto Venere, Cinque terre, Levanto, Pignone - small authentic Village, etc). Swimming pool Very refreshing, owners Very lovely. Breakfast nice. Overall nice place.

The view from our room was to balcony facing to parking lot and the street (Still Very quiet, but not that nice).

Great getaway for some days.

Nice B&B with very hospitable hosts; great swimming pool. Warm welcome (with drinks).

The hotel is hard to find without sat nav since signing is lacking. The mobile reception is very weak due to the location of the B&B (sometimes no 3G reception as well) and moreover the wifi is very weak as well.

Perfect

The hotel was great, the location is secluded which for us made it perfect. You can find a lot of very good restaurants in less than 15 minutes by car. The staff of the hotel are all super attentive and help out whenever you need anything. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful silent place in the mountains of Liguria, not far from Cinque Terre. You can reach all places within 30-45 minutes by car. Paradies also for biker.

Most amazing stay with the best hosts !

We really loved and enjoyed our time there. The hosts are so lovely and made sure that we got everything we needed - and even more. The breakfast was delicious and the area is relaxing and calm, just like we hoped. Thanks for having us and we will definitely come back !

A perfect place!

A fantastic place, the best hosts ever! They helped us with all our questions and even booked a great restaurant for us! Great breakfast and super modern rooms, furnished with great care and love for details. You'll have your own porch where your breakfast will be delivered at your convenience and a great view over the valley. A reclusive place which invites you to relax and enjoy nature from a place of comfort. Half an hour to the beach/Levanto. The best!!!

A perfect stay - can't wait to go back

Elisa and Elvio are incredibly friendly, sincere and thoughtful hosts. At short notice they provided a safe gluten-free breakfast for a celiac alongside a standard breakfast, both of which were generous and really tasty. The room was completely clean and comfortable, with soft sheets, and the surroundings are beautiful.

Wonderful Stay in the Mountains

Lovely Hosts, we got some local treats as we arrived and a nice breakfast with fresh orange juice. Super quiet, perfect to relax. Each room has a nice selection of chairs to hang out. Everything is new and made with love and thought. We had to extend a night, just couldn’t leave.

Can’t wait for the restaurant to open.

Fantastic experience

This is a brand new, fantastic B&B with the most helpful owners. Elisa and Elvio went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. We travel a lot, but the hospitality we received from the owners here was the best we ever had. The room was very clean and spacious, we had very big terrace outside with the view to die for. Nearest restaurants are approx 10-15 min drive. Cinque Terre (the nearest town - Monterosso) is 30 min drive. We selected this property because we wanted to escape to the piece and quiet place after busy days in Cinque Terre and we were very happy with the decision. We will definitely recommend this B&B to our friends and family. Can’t wait to be back!

Bardzo zadbany, rodzinnie prowadzony hotel. Znajduje się poza miastem w spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Na miejscu dostępny jest parking. W całym hotelu jest bardzo czysto. Pokój komfortowy i wygodny z kącikiem, gdzie można przygotować kawę, czy herbatę. Łazienka duża i elegancka, wyposażona w naturalne kosmetyki. Codziennie bardzo dokładnie sprzątane. Ładny basen i miejsce do plażowania. Czuliśmy się bardzo mile widziani i otrzymaliśmy wszystko czego oczekiwaliśmy. Właściciele willi są profesjonalni, bardzo sympatyczni, pomagają we wszystkim i dbają o gości każdego dnia. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce!

Incroyable

Un endroit paisible dans les terres à 45 min du premier village des cinq terres. Un endroit hors du temps magnifique. Les chambres sont propres jolies et très confortable. Les propriétaires sont accueillant monsieur parle français et madame anglais très facile de se faire comprendre au delà de la langue ce sont des gens adorables. Je recommande vivement

Établissement dont la rénovation a été très bien exécuté avec des chambres haut de gamme spacieuses, lumineuses, confortables Établissement possédant une belle piscine, des terrasses pour chaque chambre. La propreté est irréprochable Le petit déjeuner est plaisant, varié et copieux permettant de manger léger le midi

La colazione era buonissima e completa. La stanza meravigliosa e ristrutturata perfettamente fino all'ultimo dettaglio. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e veramente disponibili e attenti ai clienti.

La struttura è un po' difficile da raggiungere. Manca un servizio di pranzi e cene in struttura che potrebbe rendere più confortevole il soggiorno, vista la posizione isolata.

Die beiden Gastgeber Elisa und Elvio haben uns einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt haben. Von der Herzlichkeit des Teams, über das tolle Zimmer, die Aussicht, das Frühstück und die moderne Ausstattung war alles perfekt! Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne in Zukunft auch nochmal wieder!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft ruhig und neuwertig.

Die Lage war ruhig und wunderschön in der Natur. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und hatte eine Terrasse. Der Pool ist göttlich sauber und groß. Wenn man dort liegt ist es Erholung pur.

Heerlijke B&B. Mooie ruime, schone kamer die iedere dag werd schoongemaakt. Leuk terras aan de kamer met superuitzicht op de bergen. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en gastheer en gastvrouw zijn erg vriendelijk en hebben goede tips voor dagjes uit. Iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van het grote zwembad. Kortom, echt een aanrader!

Niets.....misschien enige, kleine puntje is, dat je bij moet betalen voor extra kopje koffie en roerei bij ontbijt.

Struttura molto pulita, gestori amichevoli, posizione a 30 minuti dalle cinque terre in una zona tranquilla con piscinia ottima per rilassarsi dopo una giornata caotica e di sovrafollamento.
