Good value little flat on the back of a family home in a good location.

Great position for us - easy parking, just a few minutes to walk for a swim, and by the coastal path to walk to the harbour and town. Basic, but everything we needed for a 3 night stay was there and it was good value compared to other properties.

A great place to start and end the trip — very close to the sea and right beside a pine forest.

The appartment is very close to the center and several shop (Studenac and SPAR). But the thing that was a gamechanger for us was the pine forest situated next to the seaside. There was enough place to make a picnic side and get a good view at the Adriatic Sea. There were some black squirels, too, but we had no walnuts. Very good place, should you like to visit the Lagoon and Zelena Laguna. Maslina is a good place to start and end the trip.

The kitchen is very narrow, which at times was inconvenient.

Great accomodation, great location and a pleasant host - elements for a great vacation.

We had an opportunity to stay in an other apartment within the same house last year and we were pleasantly surprised. Based on this experience we decided to book Maslina once again. The reason was not only the quality of accommodation but quiet neighborhood, close to the beach (5 min walk through a pine forest), and 10 min walk to the town. This year we stayed at Maslina, but in another apartment, which was even better than the last year's one. It was clean, with modern furniture and better room layout. It had two terraces which were also furnished. The owner's attention to detail was beyond expectation. She was there to welcome us and show us around. A few days later we had a problem with TV which was resolved immediately. Strongly recommended !!!

Wie heimkommen... :)

Familiengeführtes Apartmenthaus in bester, strandnaher Lage. Es ist alles in Sachen Ausstattung vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Sprich: Gut ausgestattete Küche, ausreichende Klimatisierung, (in unserem Falle) Balkon usw. Man fühlt sich einfach "mittendrin" und gut aufgehoben. Immer gerne wieder! :)

Preis-Leistung bei der Lage TOP.

Die Lage ist super. Strand, Supermarkt, Porec Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Quartier sauber.

Quartier sehr heruntergekommen, viel kaputt und sehr klein. Kein Parkplatz dabei, man muss hoffen, dass einer in der Straße frei ist.

Privát tér hiánya

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Közel a vízpart, kb 4-5 perces séta, az óvárosba is könnyű gyalog bejutni. Maga az apartman tiszta, klímás, jó fürdőszobával, megbízhatóan működő melegvízzel.

A privát tér hiánya zavaró volt. A szomszéd földszinti lakásban feltehetően állandó jelleggel egy helyi család lakik, akikkel a kert és udvar közös. Nekik két kutyájuk volt, az egyik épp kölykezett és a ketrece kb. 5 méterre a teraszunk elé volt felállítva, a családtagok folyamatosan oda zarándokoltak és a kutyát ápolgatták. Lehet, hogy ez nekik fontos, de én nem ilyennek képzelem a zavartalan pihenést egy apartmanban. Szeretek a teraszon vagy erkélyen üldökélni, de ez nem volt megfelelően szeparálva. Szerencsére a harmadik napon az egész ketrecet átköltöztették a kert egy távolabbi sarkába, ott folytatták a jövés-menést. A másik kutya, egy kövér öreg büdös állat szabadon járt a kertben és folyton a mi teraszunkra feküdt le ha nem voltunk otthon, hullott a szőre, megjelent ha ettünk... ezt a tulajdonosoknak kezelniük kellene, mert ez kényelmetlen egy fizetővendégnek. A szigetelés a fölöttünk elhelyezkedő apartman irányából nem túl jó, első nap zajos vendégek voltak, nem lehetett aludni, amíg ők nem tértek nyugovóra. Nagyon sok volt a szúnyog, így az ablakokról nagyon hiányzott a szúnyogháló. Sajnos a házhoz tartozó területen nem lehet parkolni (pedig hely volna kialakítani), ezt kicsit távolabb az utcán tudtuk megoldani, szerencsére ingyenesen. A WiFi tapasztalat vegyes, két telefonunk közül csak az egyik látta a hálózatot, ez jól működött.

La posizione vicina al mare e centro.

L' Appartamento assegnato molto spartano,c' era il minimo indispensabile,comodità zero ,oltre ad avere bisogno di manutenzione. Due asciugamani a persona alquanto ruvidi e piccoli,.In bagno nulla da appoggiare a terra quando esci dalla vasca( nemmeno uno straccio) piccola finestra alta chiusa,manca il phon.Naturalmente trovato nulla riguardo prodotti da bagno o in cucina almeno qualche bustina di the , ma forse quello non era dovuto, sono piccole attenzioni che qualcuno sceglie di fare. Presa elettrica in camera scomoda, divano letto rovinato e rotto con viti uscite. Letto matrimoniale solo lenzuolo sotto, mancava il sopra dove c'era solo un piumino che naturalmente d' estate non usi.Giardino esterno trascurato. Siamo stati una notte sola quindi ci siamo arrangiati, ma non vale la cifra richiesta.
