A ház mérete megfelelő volt, 5 fő részére kényelmesen elfértünk, valamint a strand közelsége is nagy előny (kb. 6 perc gyalog). Összességében a szállás elhelyezkedése jó, de a felszereltségen és a karbantartáson lenne még mit javítani.
Sajnos azonban több negatív tapasztalatunk is volt a tartózkodás alatt. Az ágy állapota nagyon gyenge volt, többször kiesett a rács, a matracok pedig elhasználódtak, kényelmetlenek voltak. A fürdőszobában kellemetlen szag fogadott minket minden alkalommal, a csaptelepek rozsdásak voltak, a zuhanyfüggöny tartórúdja pedig szinte leszakadt. Több helyen pókhálót találtunk, és a fürdőszobai lámpa folyamatosan villogott. Hiányoltuk az alapvető felszereltséget is: nem volt fűszer, papírtörlő, a vécépapírból is csak minimális mennyiség állt rendelkezésre.
