Optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr positive Gastgeberin, außerdem fußläufige Entfernung zu den Stränden, Grill im Hof.

The view is amazing, kitchen was equipped enough to cook for ourselves during the week. Clean and spacious apartment, friendly host. It was a perfect experience.

Nothing to really complain about, but note that there is no freezer, just fridge.

This apartment is very well located. Close to the old town and with the great view over the city, the sea and islands. The balcony is huuuge! And the host is an amazing man - so helpful & friendly ! I highly recommend this apartment to everybody, especially families with kids. My time in Apartmani Ivanka was perfect - there is no better in Makarska than this one!

Everything is great !

Ground-floor apartment: Very good location - it is up a hill from the town but an easy enough walk that takes about 5 minutes. There is a supermarket across the road and at least 3 others within 15 minutes walking. There are also several beaches within easy walking distance. Despite things being so close it was very quiet and peaceful at night. The garden was a lovely place to sit in at any time of day - shady and cool. The rooms were spacious enough with most things that we needed. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. Best of all there was a lovely little tabby cat there who I fell in love with completely. She was nervous at first but proved to be a real people cat who kept us company every time we sat in the garden. She even slept on the terrace and waited for us in the morning. She liked head rubs and neck scratches. I'd adopt her if I could. If you stay here and see her, be gentle and kind and she will reward you tenfold.

Ground-floor apartment: The rooms were a little stuffy and would benefit from a thorough clean and a good airing. Propping the front and back doors open helped with this. The bed was a little uncomfortable although the hosts had taken some steps to address this with mattress protectors. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Overall it just needs a little TLC.
