The host was very friendly and helped us park the car. The street is super narrow and we had to look a bit before we found the right small path to enter the property. The host enjoys a friendly chat, we appreciated that and his tips for Makarska. The view of the appartment is fantastic! It is spacious and clean. The centre is a few minutes walking down the street, perfect! Shops close by. Even a larger store such as Lidl and a gas station is only a 5-min drive. Makarska is beautiful; we enjoyed it a lot, all by foot. It is very busy in the high season but for us, a few days was perfect. Don’t forget to bring water shoes because its rocky everywhere. There are so many restaurants with good Food and not too high priced, that we did not have to cook. The washing machine was a treat because I could dry it immediately in the garden. I brought a water solvable soap-paper that you can simply put in there, no plastics all organic and clean clothes!

The shower is a bit small but we could make it Work. We had to explain the shower curtain to the kids and to shower manually otherwise the space is soaked with water. Airco is there but it will go out when you leave the apartment. So be aware of this. I do think it makes sense to save energy. We would go back to this place in case we would visit Makarska again.

Flott utsikt, stille og sentral beliggenhet. Verten var hyggelig, vi fikk kake og kald drikke da vi kom. Rene håndklær og sengetøy. Nok varmt vann til alle.

Renholdet var ikke bra nok da det var støvete under senger og på møbler. Badet luktet sterkt av kloakk stort sett hele tiden. Kjøkkenet var dårlig utstyrt. Ikke varmt vann på kjøkkenet. Aircondition fungerte ikke da vi var ute av leiligheten så vi kom alltid hjem til glohet loftsleilighet.
