-Jó elhelyezkedés, gyalog elérhető a kikötő, a strand, boltok és éttermek.
-A két szoba jól felszerelt. Kényelmes és jó ágyak. Jó bútorok. Csendes, hideg klímák.
-A terasz is szuper, teregetni és beszélgetni.
-A konyha az étkezővel jól felszerelt, kényelmes.
-Ingyenes parkolás a ház mellett.
-A vizesblokkok újragondolása és átépítése szükségszerű
1,Mosogatni nehézkes - rövid a vízcsap kifolyócsöve.
2, WC a fürdőbe szellőzik.
3, Fürdeni, zuhanyozni szinte lehetetlen. Keskeny kád, a csap rossz helyen van és nem jól működik. A bojler is rossz helyen van.
-Amire a tulajdonosnak nincs ráhatása: Google nem tudja az egyirányú utcákat. Autóval kényelmetlen megközelítés.

The noise made on the floor by the upstairs residents can be heard. (We were on the ground floor in the two bedroom apartment.)
