Really central close to restaurants, bars, harbor and a small supermarket. Apartment well equipped - we did not cook but definitely would have been possible.
Parking is a little bit away and even though we had received a permit from our host still managed to get a ticket. So be careful of the red signs indicating that the permit is not good in those areas.
