3 bathrooms ( 2 with shower) easy to find parking close to restaurants 2.5 km to mercadona well equipped kitchen ( microwave, toaster, blender, coffe machine.....) 1-2 minutes to the port ( many shops) 10 minutes to the beach 1 bathroom without shower on the first level and 2 bathrooms on the second lever with shower. On the first level is a very small living , table, kitchen and a small bathroom without shower. on the second level are 2 bedrooms with double beds with 2 bathrooms ( only one bathroom in a bedroom and one in the hall) and on the next level is a twin bedroom without bathroom. washing machine and iron barbeque very nice to find salt, olive oil, pepper, coffee filters

some furniture are old no bathroom on the last level

Perfect location, beatyfull House, very clean and quiet place. Airconditioning now in every bedroom. And also in living room.

Parking on possesion is really difficult becouse other cars parked. But dont afraid to ask neighbours they are really friendly and for sure will help you. On the end of this small Street 15-20m you will find small Street with plenty space to Park.

Communication intempestive de l'hôte: j'ai reçu pas moins de 7 courriels (sans mentionner les messages publicitaires envoyés sur mon téléphone) avant notre arrivée (compléter des formulaires, payer une caution "surprise" de 300 euros, publicités inutiles, etc.) et 5 courriels ensuite (évaluations, rappels, etc...) . Tous des messages automatiques, un vrai spam! Communication pas du tout accueillante: on nous explique de combien on ponctionnera la caution si ceci ou cela n'est pas fait, etc. Pas de flexibilité dans le check-in (même pour déposer des bagages). On m'a dit qu'on reviendrait à moi, ce qui n'a pas été fait. En bref, lorsque c'est utile de communiquer, l'hôte ne le fait pas. Piscine sale. Pas de machine à café à capsule (pour le prix payé, ce serait la moindre). Boîtier pour récupérer les clefs très difficile à ouvrir (à mon avis défectueux). Nous n'y reviendrons pas.
