Beautiful balcony with breathtaking and lively views. The best part of our trip was the location. You have everything you need within minutes of walk. Nice local restaurants nearby. It is must recommended to stay here.

There was a little smell in the bathroom but it was not very troublesome. The location of the apartment justified everything.

We had a great stay. The apartment is right in the middle of the boardwalk there in Alcudia so we had shops and restaurants just a few steps away. The views are very beautiful to the port and the beach. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, just over all recommendable.

Apartament mare cu 3 dormitoare si living generos, 2 bai cu dus, bucatarie dotata complet, terasa mare cu vedere directa la port, aer conditionat in toate camerele, toate dotarile descrise (inclusiv umbrela si prosoape de plaja). Amplasare excelenta pe faleza portului turistic, restaurante la parter, parcare gratuita in apropiere, 3 minute pana la plaja. Accesul se face cu o cheie lasata in safe box. Proprietarul Joan ne-a oferit informatii complete si chiar ne-a asteptat cu multe produse gratuite pentru micul dejun (si nu numai :)). Multumim.

Curatenia aproximativa, baile si un dormitor fara geamuri exterioare, izolatia fonica slaba la bai si un dormitor.

met by the hosts with the keys and shown how to use things. the apartment is in a fantastic location right near to all the restaurants but its not noisy at night. Rooms were great with comfy beds and air con in them all. Had everything we needed in terms of cooking. Second bathroom was a bit small and my son (6ft) couldn't use the shower but the main shower was really nice so he just used that.

wasn't advised how to leave the apartment, assumed someone was meeting us but then told to leave the keys there. No major issue as they answered a quick call and told me what to do
