Villa Paraíso is a magnificent house with a swimming pool in Alcudia, it has been completely renovated in 2020, with capacity for 6 adults 2 visiting children.
The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years old. Except for families with children.

Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between Pollensa Bay and Alcudia Bay; the most extensive beach in Mallorca. Alcudia is situated between the Albufera nature reserve and the Sa Victoria mountains. In Puerto de Alcudia, we will find many restaurants, shops, leisure activities, and water sports.
Paradise has 3 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds, while the third has one double bed and two single beds. In the house, there are a total of 3 bathrooms, all equipped with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your holidays. The dining room, with a rustic style, has satellite television and all the amenities.
On the splendid furnished terrace, we can prepare a barbecue, and then relax in the spacious lawn area after taking a swim in the pool.

Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
A refundable deposit is charged.
Parties are not allowed.
To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this amazing villa with our children, their partners and two grandchildren.
We were quite nervous about travelling with the COVID pandemic but so glad that we did. Everything about the villa was spotless. The beds were comfortable, it was furnished nicely and the kitchen though dated was adequately equipped with everything we needed.
The outdoor space was fantastic, so spacious and beautifully kept. The swimming pool was used constantly by us all helped of course by the very hot weather.
The location was perfect with the beach and lovely restaurants 10 minutes walk away.
We couldn’t of asked for more and would love to return some day.

Had a good weeks stay, this was our first villa experience outside of the USA and we found the overall experience very relaxing
Villa had everything needed with a good size pool and lots of outdoor seating areas
Kitchen was a little dated and could do with upgrading
Location was spot on with both the Port & Old Town being a 10 minute walk either way
We will definitely be back to Alcúdia thoroughly enjoyed our holiday

Very easy to find by vehicle. Perfect spot to stroll for five minutes on a direct route to either Old Alcúdia or Port Alcudia. Walled private garden and parking. Pool good, 3 bedrooms and three toilet/showers, good kitchen, small but adequate lounge. Air con and bed linen could be better. Great holiday enjoyed by three couples.

Potentially very good, let down by continuous noisy building work by the same owners as the villa, on the property opposite. All sunloungers were broken. Replaced by curved, non adjustable ones. Poorly equipped kitchen. Excellent central A/C downstairs and individually controlled in the upstairs bedroom. Fantastic grounds and plenty of shade. Majorca Villa Selection, the property management company were excellent.
