Penthouse located in front of the Port of Alcudia, with spectacular views of the harbor and next to the beach. The penthouse has been completely renovated. It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms, 2 splendid terraces with barbecue, full kitchen, living room and laundry facilities. The whole floor is parquet and the front terrace has been decked. The house has been completely renovated. No TV in the room, free wifi all day, air conditioning throughout the apartment. Located on the 5th. floor with elevator and panoramic plan, any time there is always sun terraces, ideal for any month of the year.
The apartment is located in the most emblematic port area, surrounded by restaurants, bars and all kinds of activities. A great place to enjoy the summer surrounded by friends or family!

Overall place was great no issues close to restaurants and beaches very quiet in the evening.. The hosts meet us when we arrived and were very nice and kind. Showed us the penthouse would love to come back again we are from Canada

Paco and Marja met us and explained everything. It was a gorgeous homely apartment and so well stocked with all you would need. Very clean. Location and view amazing. Couldn’t get bored looking across all the businesses of the marina

What a fantastic property in a stunning location! Paco and Marja's apartment is very spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. It truly is a home away from home, and Paco and Marja are wonderful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is perfectly situated. It is a perfect place to relax and to watch the activity on the sea. It is a very short dander to the beach and to a variety of shops and restaurants. You are in the hub of Puerto Alcudia but the fact that the apartment is a penthouse on the fifth floor means that you have peace and quiet too. Idyllic.We spent a wonderful 16 night family holiday here. Thank you Paco and Marja. Hopefully we will meet again.
