The staff are very caring. 1. We did not went for breakfast as we had an early morning tour and ate outside. the staf called to enquire why we did not go for our breakfast and if we still want breakfast. We activated the Do not Disturb sign and went out. The staff calle dus if we forgot to deactivate the sign and asked us if we want to have our room cleaned.
The wifi is not very good. The connection git interrupted quite often.

-Excellent location - very close to Ambarrukmo Plaza & just need to cross via Skybridge
-Friendly & very helpful staff
-Very helpful receptionist e.g. he was able to accommodate our request for connecting rooms & assisted us via phone for questions.
-Good selection of breakfast & good room services food.
-Very clean rooms & comfy beds and never had any noise disturbances
-Good WIFI speed.

-if I want to nitpick & being fussy - perhaps good if the restaurant/breakfast area have bigger space, since it seems always busy in the morning.
But to be honest - it's not a big deal & not a deal breaker.
