I liked the people renting out and the space, he gave us a day on a grill, was very helpfull. Liked him. He greezed us with a beer. A plus in my books ;) overall very fine apartment for family type holidays.
Furniture was a bit outdated but not anything cruical, was still pretty okay. We are in our 20's so it wasnt easy to be always silent at night as we were living above the tenants (they never said anything but that feeling of must being silent wasnthere at times, no complaints from them so no problems) Overall everything was okay amd nice! Would recomend fornquieter types of grups

Very polite and helpful host.
apartment 1st floor: Smoking apartment, as a non-smoker very unpleasant. Floor has been sticky, may also be due to the wash detergent. Detergent compartment on the washing machine was moldy, was never left open to dry after washing. Fly mesh was available, unfortunately it was broken, it did not hold down. Bracket for the shower head was broken.
