The picturesque Villa Nika welcomes you through its beautiful gates leading to a refreshing blue pool and 4 loungers for sunbathing, surrounded by a beautiful garden with green hedges and lawn. To the side of the villa is a lovely veranda where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the shade or even a delicious meal cooked on the barbecue. Inside you will find the charming living room with fireplace and golden chandelier as well as the fully equipped kitchen and dining table for up to 4 people. Your bedrooms await you on the second floor. One comfortable bedroom has a double bed, while the other has 2 single beds. Up here you will also find a stunning balcony overlooking the shimmering pool and garden. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
