The 135m² modern holiday house is in Bujici, a green suburb of Porec, just 3km away. It is just a few minutes’ drive to the beautiful beaches of the region and the centre of Porec. The dining room and living room open onto the terrace, with a grill chimney and garden furniture. Outside there are also a well-maintained garden and a private pool. There is a shower next to the pool. Two cars can be parked free of charge on site. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with air conditioning, a fridge and freezer, a stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, as well as a microwave.
