About this house rental
We are proud to present our houses to you. They are newly built modern houses, but at the same time they have kept the flair of old tradition. These quiet, stylish houses open their doors to welcome guests from all over the world. You are in the green suburb of Porec, this beautiful quiet place Bujici is only 3km away from the city. After a few minutes drive you will get to know the beautiful beaches or the center of the city of Porec.
Near the house are Konobe, restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centers (2km), bike paths, ...
They offer you a well-tended garden and an outdoor whirlpool or swimming pool, depending on the house. They also offer you an opportunity for comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people.
Ground floor:
• Fully equipped kitchen which includes: fridge / freezer, hot plate, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
• Coffee machine, microwave, toaster and other cooking utensils
• Dining room with access to the terrace
• Spacious living room with closed fireplace, with additional access to the terrace and pool, you decide whether you use the sunny or shady terrace.
• Sat TV, free WI-FI internet throughout the house
• Guest toilet
• Shower next to the pool and in the second house next to the outdoor whirlpool
First floor:
• Two rooms furnished with taste, in the traditional way, with a comfortable bed and antique details. Quality natural materials with lots of wood were used to make the living room as cozy as possible. Each room has its own bathroom.
• Free parking in the garden for two cars
• BBQ fireplace with terrace
• Fully air-conditioned house
• Safe for valuable items
• Towels, bath towels for the loungers, bed linen, cooking towels, everything is there for you, so just think about your personal belongings, everything else awaits you in this idyllic summer house.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter und ruhiger Lage!!! Das Haus und das Grundstück bietet alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht! Das Haus und der Pool sind super sauber und das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Herr Jurki, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, spricht sehr gut Deutsch und hat auf jede Frage eine Antwort. In der näheren Umgebung ist auch für jedes Kinderherz (Aquapark, Hüpfburg im Meer, Kart fahren....) und für jedes Elternherz (bummeln und shoppen, Natur, Seele baumeln lassen....) was dabei!!!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland oder Lidl, Poreč und der Strand sind mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten gut zu erreichen!!!
Wir haben zu 5t in der Villa Petra gewohnt, 2 Erwachsene, 3 13jährige Kids und ein Hund! Wir haben viele nette Menschen getroffen!!!
5 Sterne sind verdient und wir kommen gerne wieder.....
Es war ein wunderschöner und gelungener Urlaub!

Wir waren 9 Tage mit unserem Hund in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, sehr gut ausgestattet und SEHR SAUBER! Der Verwalter Herr Jurkic ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist perfekt 5 min zum einkaufen ( Lidl/ Kaufland/ Plodine etc. ) 5 min nach Porec . Wir können es zu 100 % weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren für 4 Tage in dem Ferienhaus, 2 Pärchen und 2 Hunde. Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen an diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus!! Es ist super schön, sehr sauber und absolut perfekt gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Porec, am Hafen und in der Altstadt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Wir werden definitiv das Ferienhaus wieder buchen! Danke für die schönen Tage.
