The yurt sleeps 6 comfortably with a master bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 2 twin beds, and a pull-out sofa outfitted with a memory foam mattress. This yurt has a full kitchen, bathroom, Heat/AC, a large wrap around deck, picnic table, and charcoal grill. Your yurt is located on 1500 acres of Kairos Wilderness Resort. There are approximately 60 miles of trails that you can either hike, mountain bike, horse back ride, or use ATV's or side-by-sides to experience the beauty of nature

The yurts were really spacious and contained all the necessary kitchen appliances. There is a fire pit and a grill outside. The manager Mike is incredibly helpful and a great resource for anything you need. He goes out of his way to make your stay amazing. I'd give him 6 stars if I could ;)

The yurt was great!! Perfect size and a large wrap around deck (Where we ate almost all of our meals) with table, chairs and grill. So quiet and peaceful during the week, felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. If you are planning on staying put to lounge, read, and take walks, it’s perfect.
If you want to explore Giles county and surrounding areas, you’ll need to plan to be gone for the day as nothing is very close. There is a Walmart about 25 minutes away to stock up on groceries. Once you turn off the main road, it took about 15 minutes to get to the yurt. Even though daily travel time took longer than we expected, the scenery was absolutely beautiful making an hour trip only feel like 15 minutes.
If you love waterfalls and hiking you MUST go to the Cascades. A two mile moderate hike up to The most beautiful waterfall I’ve ever seen. Wear comfortable shoes and a swimsuit so you can get in the swimming hole under the waterfall. The water is SO cold but SO refreshing!!
Mike was an incredible host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The yurt was spacious and clean. We loved having a camp fire each night. Some issues with hot water but overall an enjoyable stay.
