Both cottages were great sizes and facilities were perfect
Cottage was full of spiders/cobwebs, kitchen of big cottage couldn’t open the window due to the amount of spiders in and outside of the window.

The property was lovely we stayed here as went to Alton towers. It was lovely and clean , beautiful location close to take away shops and pubs. Very cosy the owner was fantastic lovely lady, will definitely stay again
The internet is really bad and you can’t get signal, but your staying in a country barn conversation was there for 2 night and was out in the day so didn’t really bother us.

It was very cute and quaint , the host was lovely she's so nice. I liked that when you walked in there was a manual explaining all of the places you could go within the area , pubs , restaurants, takeaways times and number . WiFi is available.
Also another lovely touch was the extra blankets , fresh milk and tea etc available.
It did need a little dusting but apart from that nothing else to say . It was spot on .
Great location if your heading to alton towers , plenty of parking space beautiful little cottage.

Location was ideal for the Churnet Valley Railway and ideal for short and longs walks in the area. Very peaceful setting and easy to locate
Beds/mattresses were comfortable and linen clean
The bedside tables are very flimsy and not suitable. A child would demolish them in an instant.
