The property was as described. Comfortable beds and seating. The place was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay.
There's a bus stop nearby which is great.
The owner was very responsive to messages and helpful
The garden could be better kept but it had decent seating anyway.
The curtains aren't blackout (minor thing)
The baby cot is extremely hard- pretty much bi mattress so would recommend bringing your own or bringing a mattress to put into it.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of little extras such as toiletries and milk, coffee and tea. Home from home. The back bedroom is so quiet and peaceful.
Gate was a little fiddly but only minor quibble.
