The most perfect terrace overlooking the sea. Magical.

It is in a beautiful location with views over the bay and has a car park space which you need there. Comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Good TV with access to Netflix and more. Easy walk to the town and so access to ferries, shops and restaurants. Lovely terrace with good table and chairs, deck chairs and loungers.

We had to get dishwasher salt and rinse aid to get the dishwasher to work.

Porto Venere is a town worth visiting when you are in the Cinque Terre area. If you choose Profumi di Mare as your accommodation, you get a parking space and a warm apartment even on cold days, which is a big advantage. The apartment is large, bright, with an exceptional view of the bay. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the large terrace with a beautiful view. Ms. Amalia is wonderful, answering all questions, which is very helpful. In short, a great accommodation. The apartment is about 1.8 km from the town and 1.2 km from the port for the Cinque Terre. However, there is a perfectly maintained path along the sea, so you are in the beautiful town in no time.

The view is amazing and the host is excellent with the communication.

The property looks very nice at first but then it becomes clear that it needs a lot of maintenance. The sink in the kitchen leaks onto the floor and there is a strong smell of mold and the cabinets underneath are perpetually wet. The door handles are not secure and fall off regularly. The glass shower door comes off the tracks and is dangerous as it falls on you in the shower. The apartment was very humid and made the sheets feel damp (we visited in March). The front shutters over the front door are broken.
